A Row Nation Fitness Class, aptly named "Aqua Dynamics," is an invigorating, 60-minute indoor rowing session designed to cater to both novices and seasoned rowers. Set in a vibrant, state-of-the-art facility, the class commences with a 10-minute warm-up, focusing on stretching and basic rowing techniques. This is followed by a 40-minute, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) on the rowing machines, incorporating a blend of steady-state rowing and vigorous, sprint-style rows. The session concludes with a 10-minute cool-down, featuring light rowing and muscle relaxation exercises. Each participant has access to a top-of-the-line rowing machine, providing real-time feedback on stroke rate, distance, and calories burnt.
