UniActive is partnering with NSW Rowing and Row Nation to launch an Indoor Row Club in Wollongong.

Join our 6-Week Indoor Rowing Training Program, designed to build fitness, technique, and confidence leading into the Illawarra Fitness Festival. UniActive will also host a competition hub for anyone wanting to take part in the Australian Indoor Rowing Championships.

Program Details

Available exclusively to Platinum and Gold Members

• Tuesdays: 12:30PM – 1:15PM
  (9, 16, 23, 30 September + 7, 14, 21 October)
• Wednesdays: 6:45AM – 7:30AM
  (10, 17, 24 September + 1, 8, 15 October)
• Thursdays: 4:45PM – 5:30PM
  (11, 18, 25 September + 2, 9, 16, 23 October)
