This page is a plain-language summary of how this website handles your information. What we collect
- Forms on this site — when you enquire about workshops, events, Row Clubs, support, AIRO, or join our newsletter, we collect what you enter: typically your name, email address, phone number, and details relevant to your enquiry (such as your gym or club).
- App accounts — the Row Nation app collects account, activity and connected-device information as described in the full Privacy Policy.
- Social interactions — if you comment on or message our Facebook or Instagram accounts, we receive that content through Meta's platforms.
- Website usage — basic, aggregated analytics about how the site is used.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and deliver what you asked for (a workshop booking, event entry, support answer).
- To send you the newsletter you signed up for — every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
- To reply to your comments and messages on our social channels.
- To improve our content, programs and services.
We use software tools, including AI-assisted tools operated by our team, to help draft responses to enquiries and messages. A person from Row Nation reviews and approves outbound communication.
Where it lives
Your information is stored with reputable service providers: Amazon Web Services (Sydney region), Google Workspace, and Notion, under their respective security safeguards. Interactions on Facebook and Instagram are also subject to Meta's own data policies, and app store interactions to Apple's and Google's.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We only share it with the service providers who run our systems, or where the law requires — details in the full policy.
- We do not send marketing you haven't opted into.
Access, correction and deletion
Email info@rownation.co to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We respond within 30 days.
